**** promises from OK furniture

2022 I open an account at OK furniture in somerset west took microwave Russell hob and Samsung washing machine top loader, they told me the is the guarantee from OK furniture, after that the is also another from Russell hob for microwave.As for washing machine it's 10year warranty as is written on machine. Microwave was broken then i was told to wait for few months from Russell hob to start their warranty, and I was told I'm in areas I must try to be up to date.i deed pay my account up until I was left with one payment then I'm done with OK.i took again my microwave to their store in somerset west.after 2 weeks i receive a call from OK furniture manager telling me they are not gonna fix my microwave because it has ****roshes inside.i try to ask them why after so many days they are telling me about the ****roshes. The lady there told me to go to the store and took my microwave or they are gonna throw away, I told her to throw away because what I'm gonna do with something that is not working, so I don't know what they did to my microwave.then another problem started on washing machine the buttons where not working mind you I'm left with one payment, when I call they they tell that 10year warranty is for that thing inside the machine that is making the machine to wash. I told them but you didn't explain to me when I first came to open an account now it's last payment you start to give me problems.they told me to wait they will someone to check the washing machine of which no one came.i receive a call from the guy who wanted me to do as he told me on washing machine no one came to my house to check my washing machine.even today they keep on calling me to make my last payment,I told them everyday that they can come to my house and take their washing machine because is not working but they want me to pay them.im very much disappointed to OK furniture and i don't see my self paying that money they can come to my house and took their washing machine because the microwave they already took it.
