Promise not honoured. Great disappointment.

Hi my name is Ernest ndhlovu resident of randfontein . I've been a loyal customer for ok furniture since 2004, all my furniture bought it at ok hartswater everything was fine no problem then I relocate to randfontein I continue to be a customer for the same furniture at randfontein am very disappointed and feeling like am useless the way I was treated around april 2021 went to the shop wanted to surprise my mother with a gift there was special for the bed restonic dream gold from 7000 to 4500 I paid for the bed the agreement was i will collect the bed at my home town Bushbuckridge the lady who was my sales consultant by the name of lerato she try to phone my nearest branch to check if they have the same bed they said to her they are still waiting for the stock she must check them month end I waited for her to contact me unfortunately she was on leave I waited for her again to come back from leave I phone her around may and june as well she try to check again at ok Bushbuckridge the respond was they are stil waiting for the stock again i told her that i will be patient she said i mustn't worry i will get my bed dololo niks I drive again to the shop on the 19july 2021 to check we can resolve this issue of bad with branch manager of ok randfontein branch manager promise me that I choose another one not for more than 7000 cause that one was on special 4500 she said to me in front of the lerato she said I must come back the following day 20july2021 she speaks to her boss then I went to the shop again when I get there she said her boss wont allow her to give me a bed for 7000 while I pay 4500 iask her the the bed that I bought was on special that's why I paid 4500 but normal price 7000 she said to me she will refund me I refused to take the refund cause I waited for long time since april until today your telling me about refund I went out of the shop then try to call head office I spoke to lady by the name charmaine or chantel something like that she said she will get back to me my heart is very hurt am hurt more than that my mother is still sleeping on the floor but I paid cash for the bed I'm hurt by my favourite shop ok furniture my number is *** please I don't know what to do is very pain full to see my mother sleeping on the this winter.
