Problems with my Television.-

January 2015 I bought a tv from Ok Furniture in Vredendal. April 2015 i expeience some problems with the screen display. I reportered the problem with the sales accountant. They told me to bring the tv for repaires. I took the tv to them on 11/05/2015 ( the only tv i have), eversins no one gave me feedback in 2 weeks. After 2 weeks I made the call to ask them and they told me that the Coerier services picked it up on 18/05/2015. I feel they can do more afford to help me after they promised me that the coerier services will pick it up on 13/05/2015.<br> The same with my fridge. The only difference is that my Fridge they sent a technician to attend the problem ( In march) 2 months later and i'm still waiting for my new Fridge.<br> For such a big company I feel service are pathetic.
