Problem solved in less than an hour

I was buying online and experienced a problem when checking out , I quickly informed Ok furniture through their online , the next morning they got back to me. I had another problem and the nice and friendly lady promised that my problem will be sorted before 3p.m . By 1:30 p.m my issue had been sorted and for that I'm grateful. When business is responsive and helpful, customers are happy and will always tell others.
