Price difference from catalogue and store

I saw an LG 43 inch TV on the catalogue for R4800 and when we got to the store at Olivenbouch it was priced R6000. And we checked online for the catalogue and the price was R4800. And the manager said it is online price and that was not the truth because we found a catalogue there at the store and the price was R4800 as we saw on the catalogue that we left at home and also from online. He went to confirm and after we have waited for between 20-30 minutes he comes with a note saying sorry for the wrong price that was advertised which was not at the entrance of the store or even next to the tv. He said it is not that I typed the note now, he showed as the email that was send which at that time we were just tired on excused. He phoned his boss and the boss said the price is R6000 and that's it.

Who's fault that the print media was wrong and also the store didn't have the note to apologies for the wrong price advertised on media?

Ok is such a bad shop, no wonder they don't have many stores around.
