Positive first-time experience from OK Furniture

I called the store to ask about the availability of the items I wanted.. Spoke to a lady called Gomotso at the Alexandra branch but, only the bed and stove were available. I then went to the store Saturday morning and asked for her. Turned out there was one bed that was available and it belonged to another customer.. not sure if the person had already paid or what.. but in the end Gomotso decided I can take the bed.. so I went and paid.. got it collected and delivered same time. LOL Its not often that I get treated this nice in my shopping experiences. So, this is an appreciation post but there are other reasons why.

She (Gomotso) called a day later to ask if the manual was included in the box, if the stove worked fine and had no issues.. also suggested I buy a surge protection plug the next time I come in-store.

With it being my first purchase from Ok Furniture, It deserves 5 stars!! Will no doubt go again in the near future.
