Poorest service ever

Bought a bed at the OK furn soshanguve crossing branch but they were out of stock and after 2 weeks I cancelled the purchase and I was told I will get my refund in 2 days, latest the 22nd Mar 2020,I phoned the store and they keep on telling me that they don't have cash and no one bothers to inform me and when I buy I did debit payment didn't give them cash money, really lost my patient with this store what if it took them another weeks for them to have cash, consent customer
