Poor services

To whom it may concern the service I experienced at ok furniture in South Gate mall so poor I mean I bought May goods early February 2018 and when I requested May goods in may one of items are short or missing I personally think the is dishonesty in your company I mean how can someone pay for his goods in February later on when one request this goods one of the items are out of stock .you guys do not take clients needs into consideration now that I paid the the funds were well received on their side it's my duty to call you guys everyday about it as if it special ,I have to spend my own airtime calling every day do ok furniture really know what's customer service I regret doing Business with these spanza shop I should have went bradlows as I normally do .Your service is far behind and poor that's the only thing I will always Remember about ok furniture bad service!
