Poor service/lack of delivery

I buy a fridge today in Portshepstone cash to collect in Bizana, when I get here they say it’s out of stock I must take the display demo. I’m so disgusted by their attitude! They don’t even want me to make a call to the Ok or head office. I’m so disgusted
