POOR SERVICE WITH MANAGEMENT AND STUFF

I bought a Defy fridge on the 14th of December and the sales person call (Funeka) said its out of stock but in the next three day they are go to receiver . I never receiver anything even a call today is the 20 December its still nothing I ask them to change to buy different one and pay the difference they refuse I decide call compliance team in Cape Town she send me to a person call Mr Naidoo. He promise to send some of they driver to deliver in Idutywa before 16:00 today. I call him to follow up He change the time to 18;00 which mean is the closing time for the store. I am still waiting I don't know when I am receiving my staff. OK FURNITURE STORE IS VERY VERY POOR INCLUDING MANAGEMENT AND STUFF, THEY DONT UNDERSTAND CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE MANAGEMENT DONT KNOW HOW KEEP CUSTOMER HAPPY. I WILL NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM EVEN ENTRE TO THEY SHOP.
