Poor Service very *********

I purchased a fridge at Ok Furniture Store Eldorado Park. The fridge was supposed to be delivered after 3 days after all paper work has been done. I waited 4 weeks for them to deliver it after i spoke to the salesmen Thabo who told me the fridge that i originally wanted was sold to someone else. I than had to wait another week for another fridge. The fridge was than delivered the salesmen promised me a 3 month credit plan only to find out I have only been given a 1 month credit plan. According to my knowledge a 3 month credit plan states that payment should only be made at month 3. I keep getting endless phone calls from you guys up to the point where they call my neighbors and they discussing my private business with them. I feel like i have been deceived by the salesmen there which is very unprofessional especially for a pensioner like myself.
