Poor service, unfair treatment

I bought a Fridge during the Red Friday sale for R3,800 at OK Furnisher store in Mega City (Mahikeng) and its been more than two weeks and I don't have my fridge, I went back to the store to speak to the Branch manager Mr Lefatshe and told me he will get me an upgraded version all he needs to do is speak to his boss and I will have to come back tomorrow, when I get there the next following day he hasn't spoke to his boss and he was starting thinks all over, he was showing how unprofessional, negligent and ********* Ok Furnisher store manager is, I have my eyes on many products in that store but I will never do business or refer a family or friend to OK Furnisher store.
