Poor Service Of Furniture express stores Potchefstroom

I went to OK Furniture to purchase a product cash, I did make sure that the store have stock available at the store. I asked the sales agent if the product will be delivered today 21 May 2022 he gaurenteed that the product will be delivered today. I asked him 3 times and made it clear that if the product cannot be delivered today I will rather go to another store to purchase the product he ensured me that it will be delivered today so I purchased the product, I paid R200 delivery fee I only live 2 blocks away from the store. I called them 12h13 and was transferred to Reginald who said to me that he will call me just before 13h00 to give me the information about the delivery. At 12h52 I did not hear anything so I called and was transferred to Reginald I hold for 1 min then I dropped and called again I was transferred and after 1 minute 52 seconds I was cut off. I called again was transferred and the call was either cut or hung up. I will never purchase from them again. You should stop promising things to customers.
