Poor service level

<p>I made a purchase on the 25/11/2016 for a Hisense at R3499 and was advised that they were out of stock and I could make a payment will be called, latest was Tuesday and still today nothing. I decide to contact them spoke to Nokuthula who's been giving me a run around. I am very disappointed at the service level.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was not really expecting this kind of services, I can even buy groceries since they have not delivered to their promises. Since its due time, I need answer,asap.</p> <p> </p>
