Poor service I am not a fool

I entered into a contract with OK Furniture Phalaborwa in 2013. The first installment went down 01/09/2013. I paid by debit order every month. Never skipped a payment. Three months before I should have the settlement amount i lost my job. I submitted all the documentation they required to claim from the assurance. I keep on following up with the branch lady by the name of Li-mari......and every time she told me they are busy with it. At some stage head office phoned me and asked me to resubmit the documents which i did. I started getting accounts from OK for the outstanding balance with adding intrest. I phoned OK head office and they told me Li-mari is suspended due to the fact that she was not doing her work and she got fired. I went back to the Phalaborwa branch and talk to the new branch manager Simon. He also told me they resubmitting the claim and will keep met posted. Nothing........I follow-up a couple of times the last was last week Monday 15 January 2018 and he told me they are still busy with it. This Monday morning i received a call from Francina from OK head office telling me that they decline the claim as I was a contractor by the time we entered into the contract.

The amount amount outstanding was just over R6000.00 by the time i lost my job it is now over R10 000-00.

If I was a so called contractor by the time we entered into the contract why did they approve the contract???? They received a payment every month and never say anything. I submit all the documents they required for the contract between me and OK furniture and all the documents they required for the claim. Not my fold if they didn't do their work!!

I will not pay this. If I knew it would have been such an issue i would have rather ate bread and water to paid the account in full!!! This is going on for to long!! I want them to settle the account and clear my name!!
