Poor service from the manager

I bought a bed last month at Ok Furniture shop at Manguzi, i waited for days to be delivered, so this month i made a luybuy, so last week I settled my balance an i told the lady that was assisting me that i need it as soon as possible, she promise me it will be delivered today 14/12/2022,so i went the to check my fridge an i did not get it an the manager was so lame on me, with the attitude, now im thinking if taking my money to other shops, the worse part the manager is the one who cancell my fridge to be delivered at Manguzi.. Im so disappointed
