Poor service from Port Alfred Ok and Hisense

Port Alfred OK service is very poor good people . We bought a Hisense double door fridge last year towards end of November on the 30th. We decided to buy it cash as we have long been saving up for a fridge of that type . When the fridge was delivered at my house i was shocked to see the scratches that were on the door including a water dispenser that was leaking badly and it took me a fortune to get them to resolve the matter not to mention poor response from Robin working for Hisense who only responded to one emails from follow up emails that I sent to OK Port Alfred including him. I am very very disappointed with Port Alfred Ok including Hisense service and will advise other consumers to be aware of this.
