Poor service from OK Furnitures online.

I have placed and paid an order via OK Furnitures online on the 7th Jul 2022,still to date my order has not yet arrived Sent them an email no response and tried calling them but the online no is ever busy. What a poor service, I've been ordering things online from other companies and I have never received such a poor service.
