Poor Service From OK Furniture (Twin City Mall)

Afternoon, I did a lay buy on a TV last month at one of your outlets (OK Furniture Twin City Mall, Heidedal) now today i go fetch the TV only to be told they do not have stock the whole of FREE STATE and i should wait whenever they get stock, i think that's quite ridiculous and unprofessional, very disappointed in this matter. I feel i should have been advised prior this whole disaster. Don't think i'll do business with you guys in future because of this and wouldn't advise anyone to for that matter.
