Poor service from OK

Bought a stove from Komani Branch (Corner Hexagon, Bowker street) last week and when I went to fetch it, I was told that they have ordered the stock from Stutterheim, called the Stutterheim Branch and they knew nothing about the order

Upon realizing that I won't get the stove, I then asked for a refund, the sales person said I should come and collect it, when I got there, there was lack of communication from the guy and was told after an hour that OK does not have enough cash to give me; I left the building without the stove and my money.
