POOR SERVICE FROM MOTHERWELL OK FURNITURE.

I once bought a restonic bed set from OK Furniture Motherwell in Port Elizabeth and the matrass gave me problem during the warranty period. I went to OK Furniture at Motherwell to submit a claim in early October 2024 and during tthe same month I was called by Restonic and my claim was approved subject i have paid the certain amount. I paid the requested amount on the end of October 2024 and i was advised by Restonic that OK Furniture Motherwell will further handle my claim for the purpose of exchange. I went to OK Furniture Motherwell and i was told that i will get the matrass mid November 2024. I went back to them mid November 2024 and i was told that i will get the matrass before 1st of December 2024. I went to them after the 1st of December 2024 and I was told that I will get the matrass on 30th of December 2024. I went back to them today 3rd of January 2025 and I am told that I will get the matrass on 15th of February 2025. This poor service is pathetic and cannot be tolerated. I swear I and my family will never buy anything from Motherwell OK Furniture. I had go to them every now and then to raid my matrass, they dont even bother to call and make excuse.
