Poor service from a furniture shop

I am very disappointed with the service at OK furniture Sebokeng Plaza. I app**** for credit last week Monday 13/08/19. I still don't know even today whether I am approved or not. I have to call their store and customer care daily to find out the progress. They told me to choose the item I want and will be delivered today, I had to phone again and find out about the delivery. Every lie update I get is from the calls I make. Have never received any call from them. This is a very poor service to a first time furniture buyer. I no longer trust OK and things they tell me.
