Poor Service

Worse experience ever! I bought a queen bed on Saturday 1st July 2023 and I was promised same day delivery of which I also paid r350 for delivery. up until today no bed and no delivery. When I call in I am told it has been picked up from the warehouse for delivery but when I purchased the bed I was told it is available in the storeroom and not the warehouse now I'm told it is coming from the warehouse. I am very disappointed because I could have arranged my own transport but they are telling me if I do that I will lose the r350 tha I paid for delivery. Ok Furniture I need my bed please
