Poor service

OK furniture East London(Argyle street) decided to ignore me, because they want me to hire a transport to and from their shop for their error. I hired a car to fetch my headboard and they gave a damaged headboard now I'm the one who must spend for their fault. I want my headboard delivered by them since they are the one at fault and I'm taking it further if they want that.
