Poor service delivery.

I went to the Krugersdorp branch to lay a complain about a TV remote which I needed to use as my TV is locked and needs a TV remote to be unlocked, they showed me a door like a dog telling me that the warranty and an insurance I pay on monthly basis doesn't cover it and while is not stated on the contract I have with them. Currently I have been paying my money for several months without use of the product.
