Poor service

I bought washing machine from them on credit, I was retrenched last year due to Covid 19. I then reported at the store that I'm no longer working. When I did that, they didn't tell me that I had to submit documents for the insurance to pay and Since then I kept paying. I then made an arrangement with them that since I'm not working I will try to push the account as I am only left with few installments and they agreed. Last week they came and repossessed my machine though I informed them in time that I have been retrenched and wasn't aware that I had to submit documents even when I kept paying in store. What kind of a business that doesn't give consideration to their customers though I tried to push the account but struggled due to arrears and they said there's nothing they can do. I am certainly not happy or pleased with the way they treated me especially after paying over R10000 and only left with few installments then they took it back. I just wonder how many other customers go through what I'm going through. Not happy and disappointed with their service.
