Poor service

I bought a washing machine at Pretoria Silverton Ok furniture a month ago but the machine is no longer working. I called in the Silverton store last week to report the issue then they said someone will come to fix the machine yesterday (17/08/2022). I took off from my work but nobody came and they didn't even bother informing me that they were not coming.

Today 18/08/2022 I called in the store but I can't get answers. I spoke to the manager but he also does not have answers and he is unprofessional. I am very much disappointed to the poor service and to the fact that they dont treat my issue with sense of urgency and i feel valued. I want my money back as I've decided that I don't want to do business with OK Furniture now or in future
