Poor service

Poorest service ever at ok furniture volkrust, took them 2 hours to print a delivery note, when i enquired about it sales rep was even more rude telling me theres nothing she can do about it. 2 hours later my goods where still Not complete they said they can only give me a hob and a fan, then I'll have to come back for the oven. When I called customer care charmaine terblanche was even more rude as she told me I (must) wait and be patient as the country is battling covid 19 theres nothing she can do. Funny thing is that when they(shop) take money from customers they say nothing about covid19 but when the time to deliver comes its covid19. OK FURNITURE IS JUST LIKE THE ANC all promises and no action.
