Poor service at OK furniture store at Mega city

I did a lay-buy at OK furniture in Mega city umlazi, now I finished paying, they told me they don’t have my deep freezer, asked for refund they refuse to deposit my money back to my account and when I went for my cash back they made me wait all day because they don’t have cash, now I have to go back another day for my money back.
