Poor service at Ok furniture shop at Junxion mall in Philliph Cape Town

Poor service at Ok furniture at Junxion mall in philliph Cape Town I went to the store as I am looking for lounge suit no one attended to me I approach a guy who was wearing Shoprite jacket and he told me sales people are leaving as their shift ended only 2 left but there was no one to attend to me a sales lady was busy on her phone when I tried to complain about the service I was told that there’s nothing am complaining about by a Zulu guy who did not want to tell me his name and he didn't have name tag.I am so angry right now
