Poor Service at Groblersdal

Good day

I bought a stove on the 19th of November and when I got home the stove was not working then I returned it back to the store. Last week they said the stove is ok I should collect…but when I got home the stove was still not working. Ever since they said that they will send an electrician I’m still waiting. This is costing me cause it means I have to buy take aways every day with my kids… Today I was at the store in Groblersdal and the manager told me to wait for Monday…he even told me that I should not act like a Golden Customer…I didn’t like the manner in which he addressed the issue, he is very arrogant towards customer. Please give me my money back…I need a refund. The name of the manager is Reginald Mmila.
