Poor service and no communication

Good day, after logging a few calls over the past 2 months, my 3G speed issues are still not rectified. One such call is 307427. Even asking for updates in the past days have been totally ignored!

When I chat to Rain personell, I sometimes get a temporary solution by getting moved to a tower "without alarms" - this however is not a permanent solution and the problem not solved. a number of people in this area is experiencing the same, as per our previous chats.

Can we please get to a PERMANENT solution and get some communication please
