Poor service. And I want my money back

I bought the LG a home theater costing R10799 on the 24th of nov 2020. only to find out there’s a crack in the speaker so they could help me as they told me I’m the one who broke it. How can I spend so much and brake such an expensive thing. The manager told me I should have came within 7 days of which no one explained that to me
