Poor service and false advertiment

On the 15th I bought the fridge online payment was done delivery was paid.On the 16th I called OK furniture the lady who was helping told me straight that they done have stock available I ask her why online you do have stock she told that it's the system I must waiting for 21 day to receive my fridge I told I can't that long I did request for my refund document were sent everything done till today I'm still waiting for my money I've been calling OK with no help I have been told I must another 10 day I failure to understand why I you selling false advertising to people your website you do have stock but you don't have it to give us our refund it's a mission and a half
