Poor service and defective product

On the 26 September 2022, I bought a Hissense fridge from OK Furniture at Mega City, Mmabatho, North West Province for an amount of R4 999. The fridge was delivered around 19h13 same day and was informed by the driver to not to switch the fridge on until 4 hours lapsed. I switched the fridge on after 4 hour hours as directed. The fridge made funny noise and was not freezing. On the 27 September 2022, I contracted Melica, the sells person and lodged a complaint. She said I should switch the fridge off for 4 hours and she will call after 5 hours to check if is working. She failed to contact me and I contracted her after 7 hours and she requested that I should take pictures of serial number and vedio of the fridge, which I did and they never come back to me about what they intend to do.. I'm frustrated grocery is not rotten.. I want OK Furniture to take their fridge and refund me my money... They are not going to treat me as if I bought a second hand goods and the Manger is well aware of the complainant but choose not to entertain it.
