Poor service after microwave purchase in 2015

I bought a Samsung microwave in 2015 at Ok Furniture Oudtshoorn since I bought the microwave it's being giving me problems , it went for repairs several times(5 times) but it has the same problem since the month and year I bought it. Ok furniture keeps on sending the microwave for repairs but what the heck, it comes back with the same problem. I've asked for a new microwave since the microwave has been giving problems since the first few months after the purchase. I don't know why I even bother because they will repair and a few months from now I'll be back with the same problems. Or I guess they'll wait for warranty expire which will be in the next year or so.
