Poor Service

I am very disappointed with the service I got from OK Furnisher located at mall@moutsiya, I bought Twin bed and it was short of other material and when I get to store spoke to Manager Ditebogo who failed to assist with my quer.....I need a new bed, or missing peices if they cannot help i need my money back.
