Poor Service

I was at okay Furniture today in Katlehong Hlahatsi branch and was not assisted at all. The level of customer service is very poor and TCF is not used. I was not treated fairly and was told my application is still in process even though showed sms that I received stating accepted. I'm very much disappointed with the staff and was assisted by Nokuthula. Lack of customer service experience, lazy to work and no help
