Poor Service!!

I bought a fridge cash at Ok Furniture Stores at Stellenbosch branch on the 1 Septenber 2017. My fridge is not making cold at all and I contacted the store direct with my complaint. I first contacted the store 3 weeks ago and was advised a technician will be at my house to look at the fridge. However it has been 3 weeks and no technician came. i called the store for the 3rd time yesterday 19 February 2020 to enquire how far my complaint is when the technician will come. The complaint handler whom handled the query on my husband second call to the store Mrs Idricks Le Wat first had no idea who I was and couldnt remember the complaint just to find out it was never logged or raised nor was the technicians never ever notified. i then called the head office and spoke to a Manager Margaret and was advised the region manager Andile Ntosokola will call me back. Andile eventually called and states that he was asked to call me regarding a fridge but none of his collgues want to tell him what it is in regards to. i was so upset by then it is so disgusting I have lost R2000.00 of goods/food and beverages as all my foods in my fridge is just so off. I have a 2 year old that cries at night as there is no milk as it is off by the time she wake for her bottle. i sleep 2 hours a night coz of this. When I spok to the supervisor Idricks Le Wat for the second time yesterday she told me I should wait 48 hours for the technician. i am at witsend.
