Poor service

<p>Goodday i bought a television at OK furnitures in Worcester. I paid for it via a 2month laybye plan m i had the tv for a week when the picture started giving me problems i took the tv back to the store where I was informed that the tv must first be send for repair before they can decide whether i will be getting a mew tv. A week passed without any feedback i phoned this morning and was informed that the tv was still at the shop they have locked a call and was still waiting to be picked up. I tried to phone the head office and complaints department but the line kept on neing busy</p>
