Poor Service
Good day I am so discussed about the service from this store, i bought a two beds on black Friday that i was so clear i am buying them for home in East London and they will be picked up, which i was so clear about this, and it was okay when they took my money. and now few days later with no call to explain what's happening when i go to the store they telling me there is not stock in any E. L branches and that i should just wait not even an estimation time, and now i get a phone call that if i want them i should go collect them in King Williams Town which is few kilometers away let alone a huge inconvenience for my mother who still has to get a bakie and pay for.. so what discussed me more is the service i got when i call head office this morning at 09:42 a lady picks up the phone i did not even finish explaining my issue she says to me "Just go to the store and get a refund as the stock will only be available next year in E.L" i am explaining to this rude lady that this not what the call is about, all i want is someone to help me i was never told this and i am expecting a service that i paid for as consumer, this is bad service and people are so cheeky to even help, so what bothers me even more is when i asked for the name of the person she told me she did not do anything wrong and she won't give out her name, i kept on explaining if she is so quick on sending me to the store why is so afraid to give me her names what will i say where did i get the info from, she drooped the phone one me, when i called back it gets picked up and dropped, i tried three times, who trains these people at these store it's bad service from store to head office i can imagine what attitude will i get from their bosses and how will they handle this, this is so frustrating and the worst service I've ever received in S.A.. Imagine buying something for your parents and get it after the holidays, and when you seek for help someone behind the desk on the call gives you attitude and make you feel like you are nothing, and they don't owe you anything... this is so bad
