POOR SERVICE

Poor service offered on Both Botshabelo Complex and Bloemfontein Central Park branch I went to Botshabelo and Bloemfontein requesting for a refund and when I got to Botshabelo branch I enquired and went back home to fetch my LAYBY agreement papers, when I got to the branch all of a sudden they've cashed up and they can't assist me with the refund. They then advised me that I can get a refund from any nearby stores. I didn't like how the cashier spoke to me in an unacceptable way.

I then went to Bloem Central on the 18th Jan 2025 to ask about it and they promised that they will contact meonce they have money and I'm still waiting for it until today. Can I please be assisted.
