Poor service

I bought a base set on black Friday 2019 online at OK Furniture. I requested that the bed be delivered to their shop in Mdantsane. I only received a phone call last week on Friday that my bed was ready for collection. On Monday I hired a bakkie and went to the store. When I got there I was told that my bed has been sold to another customer. I requested to speak to the manager who never showed up. I was told that I'll receive the bed by the end of the week. Mind you I did not have a bed to sleep as I got rid of my old bed because I was of the opinion that I was fetching my new bed. On top of that I had to pay the bakkie driver for going to the store. I was told at the store that I can go collect the bed in town and I did not have money to hire the bakkie to take me to town. I chose for the bed to be delivered to Mdantsane because it's close to where I am staying. I'm angry and highly disappointed in Mdantsane OK Furniture and its management.
