Poor service

Hello, I had a very bad customer service from Ok Furniture Letlhabile. I bought the fridge on Wednesday the 20th May and I believe sales agent MISLEAD me into buying the fridge as she assured me that the fridge will be delivered same day if not definitely the following day and none happened. I still told her that I came with the bakkie to load it and was told about their companies procedure. I have been phoning them since then and the cashier was even sarcastic towards me saying she will buy me a stock sweet.
