Poor refund policy

I have never been so disappointed in my life with such a very bad treatment from OK furniture. I made a lounge suit lay-by in ok Alberton late last month. And now I changed my mind I want to go buy them somewhere cheaper. Ok doesn't want to give me a refund. They kept on saying they will call me when they have money, is like I am borrowing the money. Such a big company they don't have a refund policy in place to accommodate customers and stop making customers stupids and run around like I am begging for a loan, this is my money for heaven sake. I will dare not refer any customer to Ok.
