Poor Quality Products + No Service

I guess I'm just writing my complaint here to vent, as OK Furniture clearly doesn't reply to anyone's complaints and looking at their score, they couldn't care less...

I bought a chest freezer on 10/07/2020 from OK Furniture Phalaborwa branch. I loaded the freezer, went home and unpacked it. The exterior condition was that of a second hand or repaired appliance. I called them and informed them of this, repacked the freezer and took it back to the store. At first they refused to talk to me, but when they wanted to close the shop, they had to in order for me to leave. I returned on 13/07/2020 and after several hours, they exchanged it, but not without resorting to name calling and racial remarks. On 13/10/2020, I smelled a burning smell, heard some noises coming from the freezer and found an oily substance underneath it (seems like compressor oil). We contacted them and we are being treated like fools again being told that some technician will come and repair it at my house, but they don't know what his name is or when he will come around... I will come and update my review if or when the freezer will be repaired....one day... in the distant future...if I'm still alive by then!
