Poor quality plasma unit and table for R10 000

I bought a month ago a plasma unit , a table and a fan. When the items was delivered, the fan was leaking water , the plasma unit have *****s draws and the edging on the table was loose. I have send pics on whatsapp to the salesman and he promised to log the query. Today 22nd November they only replace the plasma unit with worst problems then the previous one. I immediately send pics to the manager and said I want a refund because all their items are damaged. They never replace the table with the loose edging and holes inside the draws. I spent R10000 on these items cash. I am unhappy with the quality of products from OK furniture and their level on how they handled my query. I did nit get value for my money.im sitting with broken furniture in my house now. I will never but from this store again. The mislead people with their products . The manager was not very helpful. I won't leave it like this.i want a full refund. I will go buy at another furniture shop.
