Poor quality lounge suite

I bought a 3pce Chester lounge suite in August 2021, the leg were broken beginning of December and I went to the Okay Furniture Store in Greenacres Port Elizabeth (were I bought the lounge suite) to report the matter. They took all my details and said they will log a call with the warehouse. My sister who is in PE kept on following up with them and we had to send pictures and we've done this twice already in the past couple of month. We are not in May and my mother is still stuck with those couches and we haven't received any call nothing whatsoever from Okay - the after sale service is disappointing, I'm definitely not going to let this slide. It's been five months already!!!!
