Poor quality bed

Hi i really had a bad experience after saving money to buy a bed me and my husband decided that it would be better to buy a bed from a well known store such as OK Furniture after going into the shop numerous times it took me a long time to decide on what bed to buy but with the help of a sales person he advised that the Sealy Grand is a very nice bed and he encouraged us to buy after the purchase bed was delivered and in the first month i could feel this bed is making my body s**** and making a strange sound. We went in to the store multipal times spoke to tge same sales person about our concern he then said he will escalate the matter and we would go to the store every week he would have an excuse. My husband then decided to contact head office and the assisted him,thereafter i received a call from the supplier requesting that i must send her pictures and videos of the bed on whatsapp and they determined from that video that it is the base making the noise and they would do a return only on the base i then went back to the store as i do not want the bed anymore its so uncomfortable they saud they cannot help us to get another bed as the supp**** only did a return on the base and not the entire bed. I then contacted the supplier again and they said they canot exchage the mattress as there is nothing wrong with it and they determined that all just by looking at a picture. Im deeply upset as they were quick to sell this bad quality bed to me but now they have all kinds of stories.
