Poor quality bed

We are am not happy with the service we received from Ok furniture Protea Glen Mall, Soweto. We bought a Restonic Queen bed on the 7th of April 2022 and within a few days the mattress stiches were coming out and you could see the springs. We went to the shop to complain and they took us from pillar to post and we even had to call the Restonic SA with our own air as the store manager Gertrute Nthite was not cooperative. They don't want to refund us and they are refusing to take their bed.
